With a vision of updating an aging sunroom and adding a deck, pergola and hot tub, our clients were looking to capitalize on their lake view and to create outdoor living access from the main level of their home. Adding new windows and doors, a stone fireplace and decorative tile flooring created a cozy space for morning coffee and dinner parties all year long. Two large sliding doors allow the space to open up in nice weather for a screened in porch effect.
The composite deck features a large hot tub and pergola, dining space and a living area with a propane firepit. Cable railings allow the deck highlight the view of the lake and a pergola creates both a focal point and privacy in the hot tub. In all this elegant cottage-style space has become our clients’ favorite spot to enjoy their view of the outdoors.
