With a vision to update an aging sunroom and add a deck, pergola and hot tub, our clients set out to capitalize on their lake view and create outdoor living access from the main level of their home. Adding new windows and doors, a stone fireplace and decorative tile flooring created a cozy space for morning coffee and dinner parties all year. Two large sliding doors allow the space to open up in nice weather for a screened in porch effect.
The composite deck features a large hot tub and pergola, dining space and a living area with a propane firepit. Cable railings allow for a clear view of the lake and a pergola creates both a focal point and privacy for the hot tub. In all, this elegant cottage-style space has become our clients’ favorite spot to enjoy their view of the outdoors.
