One of Richmond’s most renowned neighborhoods, The Fan, offers residents historic homes in a walkable area of the city. Our clients’ challenge was to create a one of a kind space with clean contemporary lines that would give them a high style master bathroom in their historic home. Opening up the enclosed shower and adding floor to ceiling glass made the room feel larger and let in a flood of sunlight from the window. Stone tile and pebble shower floor give the feel of an outdoor shower while the custom vanity and oversized concrete sink ground the space and add an artistic element.
